We provide bilingual individual therapy for adults and specialize in serving members of the LGBTQ+ community, survivors of domestic violence, first responders (police officers, EMTs and firefighters) and underserved populations in San Diego.
We offer individual therapy via telehealth throughout California state and in-person sessions (in the San Diego area) in both English and Spanish.

About us
Chelsea Sterling, MA, LPCC #10548: Chelsea (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of San Diego. Her clinical experiences include providing individual therapy, group therapy, crisis counseling and psychosocial assessments through work in short-term acute residential treatment (START) programs and outpatient mental health clinics. She is a certified Domestic Violence Counselor.
Chelsea has expertise in the following evidence-based modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). She has led critical incident debriefings and presentations for the San Diego Police and Fire Departments She enjoys working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community, domestic violence survivors and first responders (police officers, EMTs and firefighters).
Chelsea values the importance of person-centered therapy based on a person’s strengths and values. Her approach is rooted in creating a comfortable space to explore a client’s concerns and partnering together to generate changes in thoughts, communication and actions that can build mental wellness.
Jessica Foster, MA, LPCC #10894: Jessica Foster (she/they) is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of San Diego.
She is passionate about working alongside folks who are living with mental health difficulties and/or who have experienced trauma. She has experience providing individual therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention counseling while utilizing evidenced-based treatments such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Client Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
She enjoys working with clients in the LGBTQIA+ community as well as the polyamory/non- monogamy communities. She is a body-, sex-, and kink-affirming therapist, leading with curiosity to provide a non-judgmental and safe environment for clients to gain insight, learn effective coping skills and build long-lasting resiliency in a collaborative approach. Her goal is to empower clients as they explore themes in their past, present and future to improve overall well being.

Diana “Didi” Orozco, MA, LPCC #14128: Didi (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of San Diego.
Her clinical experience includes providing individual therapy, group therapy, crisis counseling, and providing psychosocial assessments through work in outpatient mental health clinics, a rape crisis center, and a hospital-based crisis stabilization unit. She is a certified Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Counselor.
Didi has expertise in providing evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Person-centered, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). As a trained bilingual provider, she is passionate about increasing access to mental health services among Latinx, immigrant, and Spanish-speaking clients. She enjoys working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community, survivors of sexual assault and/or domestic violence/intimate partner violence, parents whose children are survivors of sexual abuse, adult survivors of child abuse, and individuals navigating race-based/cultural stress.
Didi’s way of being with clients is in practicing a person-centered and trauma-informed approach with the guiding principle of the Buddhist saying: “No mud, no lotus.” It’s the idea of transforming suffering. Even a beautiful flower like the lotus needs mud to grow and blossom. Didi enjoys collaborating with clients to support them in working through the mud, gaining insight, and developing skills to increase their resiliency, inner safety, and overall wellness.
